Research and Reports

United Way's mission is to bridge the gap between promise and peril for the working poor, but without knowing how big those gaps are, or where they are located, building a solid bridge would be an impossible challenge.

Because of this, we have developed reports that explore many facets of our community. Often created in partnership with other organizations, these reports offer readable, insightful, and actionable information on the trends that shape life in North Central Massachusetts.

To learn more about United Way’s research, please contact Maribeth Janssens at 978-345-1577.
