Community Builders will host a Volunteer Expo at Mount Wachusett Community College
On Wednesday, October 5th, 2005, Community Builders will host a Volunteer Expo at Mount Wachusett Community College with the goal of promoting volunteerism among students and community members.
The first two hours of the Volunteer Expo, beginning at 1:30 p.m., will be open to the public with a special focus on volunteer opportunities for students. Scott Howard of Bemis Associates will be our keynote speaker at 4:00 p.m., followed by a brief demonstration on how to connect with local volunteer opportunities using the United Way Volunteer Solutions website. Everyone is welcome to join the continued fair from 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
