United Way appoints Heintz to community investment position
February 03, 2006 - Kathleen M. Heintz of Templeton has been appointed assistant director of community investment for United Way of North Central Massachusetts.
Ms. Heintz joined United Way in 2002, working closely with the campaign and community investment directors. Previously, she spent the past 20 years in various sales and program management positions, including owning her own business.
“We look forward to Kathy’s leadership on the important task of working with the nonprofit community on new and innovative ways we can improve more lives,” said Phil Grzewinski, president.
Throughout her career, Ms. Heintz has been actively involved in the community, working as a volunteer for many non-profit organizations.
United Way of North Central Massachusetts serves the communities of Ashburnham, Ashby, Ayer, Barre, Devens, Fitchburg, Gardner, Groton, Harvard, Hubbardston, Leominster, Littleton, Lunenburg, Pepperell, Shirley, Templeton, Townsend, Westminster and Winchendon.
