Each year, United Way awards grants to local nonprofit organizations doing work in the area of EDUCATION, HEALTH and INCOME. The United Way of North Central Massachusetts strives to make the greatest possible difference by creating opportunities for a better life throughout our service territory. The United Way is focused on the most critical health and human service priorities and the steps needed to address them. We are engaging the community - residents, youth, nonprofits, businesses and civic leaders - to get the results that no one can accomplish alone - creating lasting change in people’s lives and the community. Grant proposals are generally requested in January of each year. For specific questions on applying for a grant, please contact Maribeth at 978-345-1577, ext. 303.
